Aifric Campbell

Aifric Campbell is an Irish writer based in the UK. Her new book THE LOVE MAKERS explores the future of human love. Previous novels include ON THE FLOOR, long listed for the Orange Prize 2012; THE LOSS ADJUSTOR and THE SEMANTICS OF MURDER. Short stories in THE BOOK OF MEN and NEW IRISH SHORT STORIES. Aifric has written for the Guardian, Wall Street Journal, Irish Times and more. A former managing director at Morgan Stanley, she holds a PhD in Critical & Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia and teaches at Imperial College London.
